AI For Architects is a digital product. The moment your payment goes through you get immediate and permanent access to every module, the prompt library, the CAD blocks and the templates. There is nothing to ship back and nothing we can take away once it has been downloaded, so refunds here work differently to a physical product.
We still want this to be fair. If you do the work and it genuinely does not work for you, you get your money back. What follows is exactly how that is decided, written plainly so there is nothing to discover later.
The window
You have 7 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. Requests after day 7 are not accepted, because by that point the entire course has been available to you.
When we do refund you
- You worked through the relevant modules and applied the workflows to your own model or drawing.
- The results did not come out, and you can show us what you tried. Screenshots of your attempts, the prompts you used and the output you got are enough.
- You were charged twice, or charged in error.
- You never received access, and we could not get it to you.
In these cases we refund the full amount you paid. We do not ask for anything beyond enough evidence to see that you actually gave it a go.
When we do not refund you
- You decide not to pay for the AI tool the course runs on. This course teaches you to use paid AI image and language tools, and a subscription to at least one of them is required to follow along. That cost is separate from this course, it is stated before you buy, and choosing not to take it on is not grounds for a refund.
- You changed your mind but never opened the material or applied any of it.
- You expected something the page did not promise. Everything included is listed in full before checkout.
- Your computer, phone or internet connection cannot run the tools involved.
- You have shared, resold, uploaded or otherwise distributed any part of the course.
- The request comes after the 7 day window has closed.
How to request one
Email samy@altshift.studio within 7 days of your purchase and include:
- The email address you paid with, and your payment or order reference.
- Which modules you worked through.
- What you tried and what you got. Screenshots of your prompts and your output are the fastest way to settle it.
We reply to every request. Approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method and typically reach you within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
Chargebacks
Please write to us before raising a dispute with your bank or card issuer. We would much rather sort it out directly and quickly. Access to the course is withdrawn for any order that is charged back.
